1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.

2. Products and pricing

All printers sold on Refurbished Jet are refurbished units, not new in the manufacturer's box. Each listing shows the condition grade, what is included, and the price. Condition may vary by unit and cosmetic wear may be present.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax
• We do our best to keep specifications accurate, but specs are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice
• Photos are illustrative — minor cosmetic variation is normal on refurbished units and is disclosed in the condition grade
• If a price is clearly listed incorrectly (e.g., a $0 or $1 printer), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund

3. Orders, payment & shipping

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, a pricing error is present, or we suspect fraud. If an order is canceled, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is captured at order placement.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the courier accepts the package; we cover damage in transit if reported within 5 business days of delivery.

4. Returns

Refurbished printers may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies on opened printers. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or misdescribed.

5. Warranty

Every refurbished printer carries a 30 to 90 day limited warranty from the date of delivery. The exact term — 30, 60, or 90 days — is determined by the model and condition grade and is shown on the product listing. During this period we will repair or replace any unit that fails to perform its core printing function due to a defect in our refurbishment.

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, drops, liquid spills, or unauthorized repair
• Normal wear of consumables (ink, toner, drum, fuser)
• Cosmetic blemishes disclosed in the condition grade at the time of sale
• Any third-party software or driver issues

The limited warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them. Manufacturer warranty may not apply to refurbished units. Warranty terms vary by product. No in-house repair or technical support is provided beyond the warranty terms stated here.

6. Taxes

All prices on Refurbished Jet are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown on the order summary before you confirm payment.

• We collect and remit sales tax in every U.S. state where we have a tax-collection obligation under applicable economic-nexus or marketplace-facilitator laws.
• Tax rates are determined by the destination ZIP code and combine state, county, city, and special-district rates as required by law.
• Tax-exempt buyers (resellers, qualifying non-profits, government agencies) may submit a valid exemption certificate to info@refurbishedjet.com before placing the order. Once approved, future orders ship tax-free.
• If sales tax is over-collected on an order, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of being notified.
• We do not currently ship internationally, so no import duties, VAT, or GST apply.

The tax amount on every order will appear in your shipment-confirmation email.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or republish our product data without written permission
• Interfere with the site's operation through automated tools, bots, or denial-of-service activity

8. Intellectual property & trademarks

The Refurbished Jet name, logo, site design, copy, and original photography are owned by Playton Gadgets LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

All manufacturer brand names and model numbers are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we resell. Refurbished Jet is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any printer manufacturer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Refurbished Jet's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — for example, lost profits or downtime — even if we were advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (for example, for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
