Shipping information

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping options available at checkout

Standard shipping is available across the contiguous United States. All orders include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited options are available at an additional cost shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Processing times may vary. Serial numbers are recorded and verified before every dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email at checkout, and a separate email with your tracking number once the shipment label is created.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or address issues.

Methods, transit times & costs

Standard ground

Estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Carriers: FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority. Fee shown at checkout.

Expedited 2-day

2 business days after ship date. Flat $24.99 to most addresses; calculated at checkout.

Overnight

1 business day after ship date. Available at checkout — pricing varies by destination and weight.

Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO

Standard delivery in 5–10 business days with a small surcharge calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

You can track every shipment in three ways:

  • The tracking link in your shipment-confirmation email
  • The Track order page in your Refurbished Jet account
  • Directly on the carrier's site (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) using the same tracking number

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address requirements

  • Residential, business, and apartment addresses are all welcome
  • P.O. boxes are accepted only for orders that fit USPS Priority — most printers do not
  • Signature confirmation is required on orders over $300

Sales tax

All listed prices are pre-tax, in U.S. dollars. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping ZIP code and shown on the order summary before you confirm payment. Tax-exempt buyers (resellers, qualifying non-profits, government) can submit an exemption certificate to info@refurbishedjet.com for tax-free orders. Full details are in our Terms § 7 — Taxes.

Damaged or missing shipments

Every printer is double-boxed and padded for transit, but couriers do occasionally drop a box. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  1. Take photos of the outer box and the contents (don't throw any packaging away)
  2. Email info@refurbishedjet.com within 5 business days with photos and your order number
  3. We'll either ship a replacement or arrange a full refund — your choice

Peak season notice

Between Thanksgiving and December 31, carrier networks are heavily loaded. Add 1–3 business days to standard transit times during this period.
