Our 14-day return policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee applies on opened printers. Items that arrive defective or misdescribed are covered in full.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Unopened units are refunded in full. A 15% restocking fee applies on printers whose packaging has been opened by the customer.
How returns work
Get authorization
We reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For defective items, a prepaid return label is provided. For other returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Pack & ship
Repack the printer in the original box with all accessories, attach the label, and drop it at any UPS location.
Get refunded
Once we receive and inspect the unit, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What's eligible for return
- Refurbished printers in original condition with all included accessories
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Original packaging, manuals, cables, and starter cartridges included
- No physical damage caused after delivery
What's not eligible
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Printers with damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized repair
- Custom-configured fleet orders or volume sales (separate terms apply)
- Consumables (ink, toner, paper) once opened
Refund processing
Your refund is issued in the same form as your original payment:
- Credit / debit card: 5–7 business days for us to process; most banks post the credit within 1–2 days after that.
- PayPal: Usually 1–2 business days from issue.
- Apple Pay: Same timing as the underlying card.
The original outbound shipping fee (if any) is refunded only when the return is due to our error — for example, a defective unit or wrong item shipped.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your printer arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — including the original shipping fee. No restocking fee applies on defective or misdescribed items.
