Submit a privacy request

Tell us a bit about yourself and what you'd like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling some requests — we'll never ask for more information than necessary.

We'll respond within 45 days.

What happens next

  1. Confirmation: We email you within 10 business days to confirm we've received your request.
  2. Verification: If we need to confirm your identity (typical for delete and portability requests) we'll ask for the minimum information needed.
  3. Response: We complete the request within 45 days. If your case is unusually complex we may extend this once by another 45 days, with notice.
  4. Appeal: If we decline a request, you have the right to appeal — the response email will explain how.
